All-Inclusive Vacation Packages

NOTE:  Camaroncito is a seasonal business.  Our 2026 season will be January 8 to May 18.

Using our booking engine, you will select your stay dates, cabana choice, number and age of guests, transport options, and special services and activities.  One final price will be calculated that will include all taxes and fees.

 

A deposit of 50% is due at booking, with the balance due the week before arrival.​  Please read our terms and conditions HERE.

Below are the actual prices and services available, so you can think through what you want in advance.

 

​​CABANA RENTAL:  We have four cabanas which can accommodate a total of 11 guests.  The minimum stay is three nights, though guest feedback is that at least five nights is needed to really enjoy the experience fully.  Many guests stay two to three weeks (mostly digital nomads who work remotely), with our longest stay being been three months.

​​

  • Two cabanas with a queen bed for single or double occupancy ($100/night)

  • One cabana has a queen and twin bed for triple occupancy ($120/night)

  • One cabana has a queen bed and a twin bunk beds for quad occupancy ($140/night). 

  • For stays of 8+ days, a total reservation discount of 10% is applied to the cabana and full board prices.

  • Stays longer than a month, including to extend into our off-season (without all-inclusive services), are negotiable.  Please email us with your ideas.

​​WHOLE RESORT RENTAL:  Groups of up to 18 can be accommodated by adding one or two very large tents.​

  • The whole resort rental price is $500 per night, with a five night minimum.

  • One or two "10 person" tents can be set up with up to four foam mattresses, pillows, sheets and towels.

  • All guests will still pay our normal Full Board and Open Bar fee.

  • We can customize a complete entertainment package for your family reunion, special party or small wedding ceremony including music, fireworks, team building activities, special decorations, etc.

  • The online booking engine can be used to check for availability, but whole resort rental packages are quoted individually.  Please email us with your wishes at info@camaroncito.net.
     

FULL BOARD & OPEN BAR:  Delicious and plentiful meals are prepared with love using mostly local ingredients.  All snacks and drinks, and a self-serve open bar ensure guests feel pampered, healthy, and full. 

  • We customize menus to guest preferences, and can accommodate vegetarians, lactose-free, and gluten-free, but more highly specialized needs may be challenging (please inquire).   

  • For stays of 3-7 days:  $80 per adult per day, $60 per child aged 6 to 15 (our environment is not suitable for younger children)

  • For stays of 8+ days, a flat discount of 10% is applied to the cabana and full board rates.​​

 

Pets are welcome at $10 per day per animal. This includes a sleeping mat, dedicated water and food bowls, and the same dry pet food kibble we feed our own dogs.  You are welcome to also bring your own food.

1) Click on the "Check Availability & Book Now" button

​

2) Under the GREEN "Your Trip" box on the upper right, select the arrival and departure dates for your stay at Camaroncito.  If selecting nights in Panama City before or after, do not include those nights in the date selection.

 

3) Review the cabana options available to the left.  If no options are present, that means we are fully booked for those specific dates.  You may want to change the arrival and/or departure dates. Please remember we are open only in the high season.  We are currently accepting reservations for January 8 to May 18, 2026.

 

4) Click the "Choose Plan" box for the cabana or cabanas you want.

 

5) Select the Additional Services, and Extra Experiences you want from the options presented below the cabana availability.  You MUST select 0) MANDATORY ROUND TRIP BOAT TRIP.  All others are optional.

​6) Review the cabana, services and experiences you have selected and the total price calculated in the "Your Trip" box.  Make changes as needed.  The final step is to click the ORANGE "BOOK" button.

 

7) A detailed vacation plan will show on the right, with all selections itemized.  On the left you will fill in your personal details.  You must select the "Pay with" option to guarantee your reservation with a card, and accept our terms and conditions.  In the upper left is a tiny "Change dates or room type" option if you need to go back and edit anything.

 

8) Click on the Orange "Confirm and Book" button.  That will bring you to another page with a Blue "Save card on file" button.  That links directly to STRIPE, our third party credit card payment system.  We do not store any of your payment details locally.  We will not charge the deposit until we have confirmed with you via email.

 

9) Check your email for a confirmation of your submission.  We will respond to you within 24 hours to confirm that everything is set up properly.  Once you reply to that email with a confirmation, your card will be charge for 50% of the total price as a deposit, with the remainder due the week before your arrival.

10) Small changes may be made to your reservation dates, additional services and/or extra experiences until two weeks before your arrival by emailing us at info@camaroncito.net, of course dependent on availability.  The final payment will be calculated to reflect any changes.

TRANSPORT AND TOURISM OPTIONS (Additional Services):  There are no roads to Camaroncito, so the last leg of the trip is on our speedboat, unless you arrive via helicopter. You can drive yourself or use our private transportation to get to our sea or river ramps.

0) MANDATORY ROUND TRIP BOAT TRIP (1-6 people) - $400

  • Arrival by SEA: 3 hour drive from PC then 1 hour motorboat ride along the Caribbean coast.

  • Arrival by RIVER: 4 hour drive from PC then 2 hours motorized canoe ride on a beautiful river.

  • Each reservation of 1-6 people must pay this transportation fee. Groups of 7 or more must pay for 2 speedboats.

1) Airport Pickup & Hotel Transfer (1-2 people) - $180

  • Guests should plan at least one day's buffer before and after their time in Camaroncito. These additional days are NOT part of your resort date selections in our booking system. So if you plan to spend 5 nights at Camaroncito, plus use this service both before and after your stay, then you select your 5 stay nights in our system, and select this option x 2 in the Additional Services area of the booking system.

  • We use a reliable, historic hotel in Casco Viejo. This price covers one night and a one-way airport transfer. Meals and drinks are not included, but there is coffee service in the hotel.

2) Ocean Pier Pickup and Drop-Off (1-6 People) - $360

  • Relax and enjoy the view as you cruise through rolling grasslands, lush rainforests, and the spectacular Atlantic Bridge crossing over the North Locks of the Panama Canal.

  • This price is roundtrip, and assumes pickup and drop-off in the Panama City area. The trip is three hours by car, followed by a one-hour sea transfer.

3) River Pier Pickup and Drop-Off (1-6 people) - $480

  • Let us take you to the river pier while you relax and enjoy the views of quaint villages, lush rainforests, and spectacular cloud forests.

  • This price is roundtrip and includes pickup and drop-off in the Panama City area. The trip is five hours by car, including a lunch stop, and is followed by a two-hour tour in a motorized Cuyuco.

 

4) Pacific to Atlantic Helicopter Tour (1-2 people) - $3000

  • Arrive to Camaroncito in style after a 40-minute helicopter tour of Panama from the Pacific coast to the Atlantic coast, over the Canal, and be greeted with chilled champagne at the Camaroncito landing pad.

  • Your transportation back to town is also included and will be via ocean-going vessel, and a private car back to Panama City.​

EXPERIENCES:  Use of all resort amenities is included in your cabana price:  our beach chairs, hammocks, walking trails, social area, boogie boards, balance roaps, music system, etc. are available for your use.  To enrich your experience, you may also want to add one or more of these Extra Experiences

 

5) River and Waterfall Hike (1-2 people) - $180

  • The half-day river hike and waterfall hike takes you to two incredible waterfalls with shimmering pools for swimming, nestled in the rainforest. A picnic lunch and cold drinks will be brought by your guide for you to enjoy at the falls.

  • Additional guests beyond two are $30 each, payable in cash upon arrival.

6) Yoga Class (1-2 people) - $40

  • Book a private yoga lesson with Sarah, who has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 10 years. The lesson will last approximately one hour. Beginners through advanced practitioners are welcome.

  • Additional guests beyond two are $10 each, payable in cash upon arrival. 


7) Horseback Riding (1-2 people) - $60

  • The Horseback Riding Tour is perfect for both beginners and experienced riders! You can choose to participate in capturing the horses from the pasture and help saddling them, or simply let us do it for you. The ride will last approximately one hour, either along our shoreline, or through a rainforest trail.

  • Additional guests beyond two are $20 each, payable in cash upon arrival. 


8) Therapeutic Massage - $60

  • Therapeutic massage is offered at our beachfront Brisa spa for one hour. Homemade coconut oil made from our own coconuts is used.


9) Live Congo Show - $220

  • The nearest fishing village is famous for its Congo dancers, and they are happy to come to Camaroncito for a private show, then stay to share a cold beer and give dance lessons if you like. Guests LOVE this experience!

Considerations for Planning Your Holiday

For guests arriving and departing from the airport:

  • For same day transport from the airport to Camaroncito, your inbound flight must arrive prior to 10 am.

  • For same day transport from Camaroncito to the airport, and your outbound flight must leave later than 4 pm.

  • If there will not be time for safe same-day transport, we arrange one night before and/or one night after at a lovely boutique hotel in Casco Viejo, the now gentrified old french quarter of Panama City.

  • Airport pickup and/or dropoff, and coffee service are included in this service.

  • Guests will be responsible for their own additional meals and drinks during their time in Casco Viejo.
