Luxuriate in private cabanas that are close enough for visiting. Experience the true beauty of nature and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nurture your body and soul immersed in nature and in the tranquility of the Caribbean Ocean. We will stock the minibar in your cabana with flavored bubble water, fresh coconut water and fresh fruit.

Our Get Fit package includes a friendly coach to encourage you through two to three sweaty and fun activities each day, plus you will enjoy two special services (spa or horseback riding) for each guest during your stay. We will arrange a daily schedule once you arrive that will accomodate your level of fitness and interests. Your choices include:

• Daily morning yoga ... after coffee or tea, and before a healthy breakfast.

• A brisk walk along the beach or in the rainforest mid morning.

• A swim in the ocean followed by a refreshing shower before lunch.

• Perhaps a nap or spa service after lunch?

• One afternoon you can strengthen your leg and core muscles with a horseback ride.

• Another afternoon you can learn to walk our tightrope course for a terrific whole body workout.

• Participate in a challenging beach obstacle course competition.

• Each evening you can learn to salsa dance.

• You can learn to use a machete and take a guided tour through the dense rainforest.

• One day we will take everyone a river kayak up the Cocle del Norte river then hike for an hour and a half to reach an amazing huge waterfall. We will enjoy a packed lunch and a fresh water swim, then return to Camaroncito.

• All meals will be prepared with an emphasis on fresh ingredients, moderate calories and lots of flavor.

• Private and thoughtfully appointed beachfront cabana for two people with terrace, queen bed, screened windows and powerful ceiling fan, full bath with hot water shower open to rainforest, and stocked minibar.

• Round trip transport from Panama City: Relax with a cold drink and snacks during a two hour drive through lush rainforest, past rolling cattle pasture and along breathtaking coastline. You will cross the new Atlantic Bridge over the Northern end of the Panama canal, with a view of both Lake Gatun and of ships going through the locks. You will then board our open boat for a thrilling one hour cruise along the Caribbean coast.

• Delicious and plentiful meals, snacks, drinks, and open beachfront bar.

• Use of music system, karaoke, board games, and acoustic guitars.

• Use of beach towels, chairs, beach games, volleyball, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment.

• Use of tall rubber boots in your size, organic insect spray and headlamp for horseback riding or hiking our rainforest trails in the day or night!
